Deepening Its Singapore Roots

Beyond growing its business in Singapore, Mizuho Singapore actively sought to better connect with Singapore society.

In 2008, the bank inked an MOU with the NUS Business School to provide financial assistance to needy students based on the belief that education is the best tool to a brighter future. To date, through its endowment fund Mizuho bursaries and scholarships have benefitted over 65 NUS Business School students in addition to numerous internship opportunities extended to tertiary students.

The bank strongly encourages the spirit of giving, and our CSR programs as well as staff fund–raising initiatives have benefitted various organizations.
