Mr Waddell joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2024.

Mr Waddell has over 35 years’ experience in financial services, including Vice Chair Global Corporate & Investment Banking EMEA, Bank of America and Joint Head of UK Investment Banking for UBS.

He is also a member of the Takeover Panel and has chaired two Practitioner Panels advising the board of the Financial Conduct Authority on regulatory policy.

Mr. Waddell holds an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh.
